Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable sales tax and shipping charges. You are solely responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by local, state, or federal authorities as a result of your purchase.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards and other approved payment methods, including ShopPay, which offers eligible customers the option to pay in interest-free installments, depending on the order value. By choosing ShopPay or any third-party payment method, you agree to their separate terms and conditions. By submitting your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information is accurate.
All payments must be authorized and cleared before orders are processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or violation of these Terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are described in our separate Shipping Policy. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

7. Intellectual Property

By submitting User Content through our Site, email, tagging our official social media handles, using campaign hashtags we promote (such as #ExploreYourWorldOutdoors), or otherwise making content available to us, you grant Explore Your World Outdoors LLC a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, display, and otherwise exploit such content—in whole or in part—on our website, marketing materials, and official social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and others) for promotional and commercial purposes.
By submitting or tagging User Content, you represent and warrant that:
● You are the sole owner of the content or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to grant us the license;
● Your content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party;
● The content is lawful, accurate, and free of any harmful or offensive material.
We are under no obligation to post or use any User Content and may remove it at any time in our sole discretion. You agree that we are not liable for any third-party use or misuse of publicly visible content posted or shared through social media.
By submitting or tagging us in User Content, you waive any right to inspect or approve the final use of the content, and you agree to release and hold harmless Explore Your World Outdoors LLC from any claims arising from our use of your submission.

12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Explore Your World Outdoors LLC, its affiliates, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to:

They supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, understandings, or agreements.

e. Force Majeure. We will not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, embargoes, labor disputes, government actions, or internet or utility outages.
f. Relationship of the Parties. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created between you and Explore Your World Outdoors LLC as a result of these Terms or your use of the Site.
