At Explore Your World Outdoors LLC, we aim to provide durable, high-quality outdoor gear that meets the demands of every adventure. Due to the nature of our fulfillment process and the small-business structure of our operations, all sales are considered final once an order is placed.
This means we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for reasons including (but not limited to):
● Ordering the wrong item, size, or color
● Change of mind after purchase
● Delays in shipping due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances
● Minor variations in color, finish, or appearance due to screen or manufacturing differences
Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase. All product descriptions, sizing details, and photos are provided to help you make informed decisions.
We understand that things can go wrong, and we stand by our commitment to customer satisfaction. If you believe your order was fulfilled incorrectly or arrived damaged, please refer to the section below on Exceptions.
Exceptions – Our Mistake? We’ll Make It Right.
While all sales are final, we take full responsibility for any fulfillment errors on our end. If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or there is a mistake clearly attributable to us, we are committed to correcting the issue promptly and fairly.
To be eligible for a resolution under this policy:

Report the Issue Within 7 Days
You must notify us in writing at info@exploreyourworldoutdoors.com within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date. Please include:
○ Your order number
○ A clear description of the issue
○ Photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label (if damaged or incorrect)

Condition of the Item
The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which it was received, with all original packaging intact.

Return or Replacement
If we determine that the error was on our part, we will:
○ Provide a replacement item at no additional cost, or
○ Issue a full or partial refund, depending on item availability and the nature of the issue.
In all cases, we request that the incorrect or damaged item be returned to us. We will provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost.
We reserve the right to deny any claim that does not meet the above criteria or appears to be fraudulent or abusive. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be eligible for remedy.
We understand that sizing can sometimes be a challenge, especially when ordering online. While all sales are final, we’re happy to offer a one-time size exchange for eligible items, subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a size exchange:

Initiate Your Request Within 7 Days
You must contact us at info@exploreyourworldoutdoors.com within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order. Please include:

○ The size received and the size you wish to exchange it for
○ A photo of the item to confirm condition

Item Condition
The item must be:
○ Unworn, unwashed, and unused
○ In its original packaging, with all tags or labels attached (if applicable)
○ Free from damage, odors, stains, or signs of wear

Return Shipping Responsibility
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our designated return address or PO Box. We recommend using a trackable service, as we are not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit.

Availability of Replacement Size
We will ship out the new size at no additional charge once we receive and inspect the original item — as long as the requested size is in stock. If it is not available, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Size Exchange Policy. We thank you for your understanding and continued support of our small business!
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, certain items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless they arrive damaged or in error. These include, but are not limited to:
● Items that come in direct contact with the skin (e.g., socks, underlayers)
● Clearance or promotional items marked “Final Sale”
● Customized or made-to-order items
These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page prior to purchase.
Return & Exchange Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–7 business days for our team to inspect the item and verify that it meets our return or exchange criteria.
You will receive a confirmation email once your return is approved and your replacement item has been shipped, or once a resolution (refund or alternative) has been processed. Shipping timelines for the replacement will follow our standard delivery estimates.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, delivery refusal, or failure to collect the item from your local carrier or postal office, we will contact you with options for reshipment.
You may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item. Any shipping fees originally included in the purchase price will not be refunded, and returned orders will be treated according to our standard return policies, if eligible.
Policy Misuse & Fraud Prevention
Explore Your World Outdoors LLC reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds at our discretion in cases where we suspect:
● Misuse or abuse of our Return & Refund Policy
● Repeated or excessive return/exchange activity
● Fraudulent claims regarding product condition or delivery
We also reserve the right to limit future purchases or deactivate customer accounts associated with abusive behavior. Our goal is to protect the integrity of our small business while ensuring fairness for all customers.
● Shipping Costs Are Non-Refundable
We do not reimburse shipping costs for returned or exchanged items under any circumstance, including size exchanges or incorrectly addressed returns.
● Free Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. Shipping costs are already factored into the item prices. This helps keep things simple and transparent — no surprise fees at checkout.
● Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping
If you are returning an item for a size exchange (or as part of a return we have approved), you are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot issue replacements or exchanges for items lost or damaged in transit.
● No Responsibility for Lost Returns
We are not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged by the shipping carrier. Please retain proof of shipment and tracking information when sending a return.
