Processing & Delivery Times
We know you're excited to get out and explore — and we’re committed to getting your gear to you as efficiently as possible.
● Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
● Estimated Delivery Window: Most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on:
○ Your shipping address and proximity to fulfillment centers
○ Product availability and warehouse location
○ Carrier transit times and seasonal delays
● Split Shipments: To ensure faster delivery, items in your order may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You’ll receive tracking details for each package as it leaves our fulfillment partners.
Please note that all processing and delivery estimates refer to business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
We appreciate your patience and understanding — if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.
Shipping Costs
We believe in straightforward pricing and no surprises at checkout — which is why we offer Standard flat rate shipping.
● Standard flat rate shipping applies at checkout for all U.S. orders.
● This applies to all orders, regardless of size, weight, or destination.
From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or limited-time free shipping incentives on select products or collections — no coupon code required.
We do not currently offer expedited, overnight, or international shipping options. All orders are shipped via standard delivery through our network of fulfillment partners and carriers.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International shipping is not available at this time. Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.
Order Tracking & Delivery Issues
You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including tracking information. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear.
If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, please contact us at info@exploreyourworldoutdoors.com so we can investigate and assist.
Responsibility & Risk
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you, the customer. This means that from the moment the package leaves our fulfillment facility, it becomes your responsibility.
We are not liable for any of the following:
● Delays caused by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), weather events, labor disruptions, or other conditions beyond our control
● Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered at checkout — please double-check all information before submitting your order
● Packages that are lost, stolen, or unclaimed after delivery is confirmed by the carrier
● Refused or undeliverable packages due to absence, address errors, or failure to retrieve items from a local post office or access point
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for any reshipment costs, and the order may be subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
We strongly recommend monitoring your tracking information once your order ships and contacting the carrier directly for any delivery issues.
Pre-Order & Backorder Items
Occasionally, certain high-demand or limited-release items may be offered as pre-orders or placed on backorder. If your order contains one of these items, estimated shipping dates will be clearly noted on the product page or communicated by email after purchase.
Please note:
● Shipping timelines for pre-orders or backorders are estimates only and may be subject to change.
● If your order includes both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship the available items separately to avoid delay.
● We will notify you promptly if there are significant changes to the estimated delivery window.
Carrier Delays Disclaimer
We strive to ensure timely delivery, but once your package has been handed off to the carrier, some circumstances may be beyond our control.
Explore Your World Outdoors LLC is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
● Carrier errors or service disruptions (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)
● Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
● Customs inspections (for Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories)
● Peak seasonal volume or unforeseen events
All delivery estimates are provided for reference and are not guaranteed.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our operations, fulfillment partners, or applicable regulations. The effective date at the top of the policy will be revised with each update.
